The ∀LCHƎMY Collaborative

The Alchemist's Realty is developing an emerging international concept rooted in Costa Rica — and we're inviting the Austell and metro Atlanta community to help shape it before the campus exists.

The ∀LCHƎMY Collaborative welcomes expressions of interest from makers, artisans, growers, educators, wellness practitioners, chefs, cultural organizations, researchers, entrepreneurs, and potential institutional collaborators.

Participation may include concept feedback, educational-program co-design, workshops hosted through existing ecosystem businesses, product and producer research, cultural exchange conversations, and introductions to funders and qualified Costa Rican collaborators.

Please note: This is not an offer of Costa Rican vendor contracts, guaranteed future retail space, employment, paid residencies, or investment participation. Georgia businesses are not automatically prioritized over Costa Rican producers and community members. Local leadership, fair compensation, and culturally respectful participation are central to this model.
