1 Cardinal began as a distressed 644 square foot single family detached property with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The home was a complete rebuild as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home at 942 square feet.

The property had undergone substantial water flooding, needed new plumbing, waterproofing, new roof and some landscaping to open it up for commercial business.

A reimagined coffee shop concept designed under NDA. Full scale renders delivered.

An amazing restaurant design concept delivered to a customer. From floorplan, layout, marketing, redesign, menu design. Indoor and outdoor ambiance and decor and full design and concept was delivered in the form of a hard copy 80 page magazine spread with full scale renders.
