The Fertile Ground Workforce Housing Program is a comprehensive and intentional initiative driven by The Alchemist’s Realty & Design (for-profit) and Fertile Ground Inc. (non-profit). This collaborative ecosystem is designed to provide housing, economic opportunity, training, and holistic wellness for underserved, overlooked, and overworked members of our community.
